First Coast Affiliate of ANPD

First Coast Affiliate of ANPD

 Post a job

The First Coast Affiliate of the ANPD is established by a passionate group of professional development nurses to grow and strengthen their knowledge in this field of nursing. “Professional development as a specialty of nursing practice is defined by standards, based on research, and critical to quality patient and organizational outcomes” (2021).

The First Coast area did not have an affiliate, and in July 2021, the planning and forming of the affiliate started. Our affiliate aims to share the purpose of the ANPD here on the First Coast to “advance the specialty practice of nursing professional development for the enhancement of healthcare outcomes” (2021). Along with growing the practice, we want to expand our community’s knowledge of the NPD role.
